Our Policy:


1. The service is for the assembly/disassembly of one (or more based on the shopping cart) {item}.

2. The {item} must be in the room where you want it assembled/disassembled. The item will not be moved before or after the service. Moving is not included in our field of service.

3. The technician should be provided with the instructions’ manual (or the instruction file).

4. The packaging should not be opened prior to the appointment; if so, the technician and the company will not be liable for missing or damaged parts.

5. If you have already attempted to assemble/disassemble the {item} on your own, the full charge of the assembly/disassembly service will still apply.

6. {for assembly services}: There will be an additional disassembly fee if there is an issue with the client’s attempt to assemble the item before the technician’s arrival.

7. The technician will place the item’s packaging in your property’s trash bin, and the technician will clean-up the area of service.
