Yes. All services include a 30-day workmanship warranty covering labor-related issues.

❌ Warranty does not cover manufacturer defects, weak walls/floors, misuse, relocation, or damage after service.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee.
• If your item is not ready (e.g., requires moving/haul-away), a cancellation fee or trip fee may apply.

Yes:

• Items must be placed in their final room/location.
• Technicians do not move or haul items.
• Pathways should be safe and clear.
• Do not open boxes before service. If opened, FixTman is not responsible for missing or damaged parts.

Technicians arrive within the confirmed appointment timeslot. You’ll receive updates before arrival. We value your time and aim to complete services on schedule.

• Do not pay technicians directly.
• FixTman securely charges your stored payment method once service is completed.
• A 20% deposit may be required before service.
• Full payment is due upon completion.

• If a service is prepaid and cannot be performed, you will receive a full refund.
• Once service begins, all fees are non-refundable.
• Issues fall under our 30-day workmanship warranty, which covers repair or re-assembly at no extra cost.

Please notify FixTman before or during the appointment so additional services can be added to your invoice.

Customers agree to resolve disputes directly with FixTman before filing external claims.
Unauthorized chargebacks after confirmed completion are treated as fraudulent and may result in legal action.

By booking or paying for FixTman services, you agree to our Binding Arbitration Agreement:

• All disputes must be resolved individually through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• No lawsuits, jury trials, or class actions are permitted.
• Arbitration is faster, private, and cost-effective.

Yes. FixTman maintains insurance for services performed. However, our liability is limited to the service fee paid, and we are not responsible for manufacturer defects, product quality, or damages caused by improper use of items.
